The XPERIA comes with super stylish business functionality. Actually, it’s designed for the business minded people. The XPERIA runs by the Windows Mobile version 6.1 OS along with 528MHz processor which makes using the interface as smooth and impressive. Major modes of connectivity of this phone includes HSPA (uplink and downlink), Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g) and Bluetooth including the A2DP stereo protocol. The handset's input is "XPERIA Panels" that represents nine colorful menu shortcut thumbnails displayed on the home screen. Unlike many Sony Ericsson handsets the XPERIA comes with MicroSD memory expansion, rather than the Sony patented Memory Stick Duo Readers we usually find.

Let’s get details bellow:

Design
Sony Ericsson X1 (also called XPERIA X1) is a stand-out, arc slider phone from Sony Ericsson designed to address the growing need for a premium, converged mobile experience. The X1 combines a 3-inch clear wide WVGA display and a full QWERTY keyboard within an attractive metal-finish body. The X1 is dominated by a large 3” touchscreen. Though, Sony Ericsson says that it has "wide VGA resolution" which is a little bit confusing, as it is actually a 480 x 800 pixel panel. 800 pixels resolution is enough for web surfing, pitching the X1 directly against the Nokia E90 but the X1 has the advantage of a touch sensitive display. Rikko Sakaguchi, Head of Portfolio and Propositions, Sony Ericsson said that, "Our vision for the XPERIA X1 is to deliver a seamless blend of mobile Web communication and multimedia entertainment within a distinctive design. XPERIA is our promise to think foremost of user experience and to deliver the premium experience - anytime, anywhere, anything, with anyone."

Multimedia
Sony Ericsson XPERIA X1 Superphone also covers complete multimedia satisfaction. The user will happy with the X1 multimedia features. An integrated 3.2 megapixel digital camera on board that can be used to take pictures and record video. Now the users can capture all of their memorable events by using their Superphone. The camera also comes with a variety of features which allow the user to capture the best shot. The darkness will be removed by using the auto focus function and the 3 x digital zoom feature will ensure the user gets up close to their target. The video streaming capabilities will provide easy to use video recording and playback. The music lovers also can playback their popular music and video formats on this amazing handset which makes this a portable entertainment device. The media player will support all popular media file formats. It is no all, the user also can tune into their favorite radio station on the FM radio which comes complete with radio RDS.

Interface

It has four fantastic navigation options; touch screen controls, wide QWERTY keyboard, and four way control key, optical joystick navigation.
