It is rumored that, Sony Ericsson is to unveil its three new phone models of its famous Walkman series, Sony Ericsson W902 (Patti), Sony Ericsson W585 (Linda) and Sony Ericsson W302 (Feng) in the 3rd or 4th quarter of this year. This time Sony Ericsson launches these three Walkman phones with top quality Camera facility comparable to its Cyber shot phones with a larger storage capacity. Let’s get a brief description of them.


Sony Ericsson W902 (Patti)

Though it is not announced by Sony Ericsson, the news is leaked that Sony Ericsson is to launch a new high end Walkman phone model very soon. The new Sony Ericsson W902 is also known under the codename ‘Patti’ by Sony Ericsson. It’s a Candy bar type for with a very slim outfit (Probably thickness is10mm) will also have 2.2” QVGA TFT display.
The Patti is from Sony Ericsson’s Walkman family having a great facility of 5 Mega Pixel camera along with integrated Flash and Auto focus. Now with this walkman phone you will have Top quality images as well.
As a Music phone Sony Ericsson provide more flexibility in storage capacity. It is unbelievable that the new Sony Ericsson W902 comes with a 160MB of internal Memory and supports 8GB M2 card which will a great attraction for music Lovers. For the first time Sony Ericsson is including dedicated music buttons in their Walkman phones.
It is expected to be launched by the 3rd or 4th Quarter of this year. Till then Music Lovers have to wait for Patti.


Sony Ericsson W595 (Linda)

With the Sony Ericsson W902, Sony Ericsson is to launch another Walkman series phone, Sony Ericsson W595 codenamed ‘Linda’. This phone is going to replace its Shaking Sony Ericsson W580i.
The Linda comes with a slim and slider design seems to have mixed design of both SE W580i and SE Cyber shot C905 model. As the W580i was released with so many colors so it is expected that Linda will also come with various colors.
New Sony Ericsson W595 runs on A2 firmware platform which supports its all attractive features which includes Walkman player 3, FM radio, Google Maps (maybe GPS, too?) and a 3D accelerometer. The camera also upgraded from 2Mega Pixels to 3.2 Mega Pixels which will provide a better photo experience.
As far as the design is concerned, The New Sony Ericsson W595 seems little bit larger than SE W580i with a slight larger LCD display of 2.2”.
With the rest of the features packed in W595, the phone will most probably rehash the success of W580 - or at least a part of it. This phone is also expected to be released by the 3rd or 4th quarter of this year.

Sony Ericsson W302 (Feng)

Among the three new phone models those are supposed to be release by Sony Ericsson, Sony Ericsson W302 will be a bar shaped simple but cool walkman phone codenamed ‘Feng’.
This SE W302 Walkman phone is a candy bar phone comes with mid and low end features. The outlook and design of this phone is seemed to have almost same design of Sony Ericsson’s photo centered S302.
Sony Ericsson Feng comes with 2 Mega Pixel camera with auto focus having a display screen resolution of 176x220 Pixels. This phone is also supported by A2 firmware platform.
This is one of the simple phone by Sony Ericsson for a curtail budget. It is also expected to be launched by the 3rd or 4th Quarter of this year with its other two brothers from Walkman Series.
