ASUS Xda Zest will hit the O2 this November

O2 has taken the wraps off the Xda Zest, a new Windows Mobile smartphone produced by ASUS that will be available for Pay&Go buyers as well as pay monthly contract customers. While the official information was somewhat limited, O2 said about this phone that, "This mobile phone will give you great access to functionality with a large screen, Wi-Fi, AGPS, and 3G. You also get a 5 Megapixel camera with 4 GB built-in memory with expandable memory as well as quad band reach".





Pricing and release date is yet to be determined, but some specs have leaked. Packing a 2.8 inch touchscreen, the Xda Zest features a full suite of Windows Mobile 6.1 OS, including Office Mobile and Outlook Mobile. It also has a 3 megapixel camera with autofocus and video, Built-in GPS with A-GPS, Windows media player, microSD memory card slot expandable up to 16GB. It will come packaged with a two-week trial of CoPilot Sat Nav software, containing GPS mapping info for the whole of the UK and Ireland. Some website says that the O2 Xda Zest, which will hit the shops on 17 November but we are not sure.
